Mr. Parag Javadekar is the founder of Align Yoga. He has completed his graduation from Pune. In his graduation days he was residing in Kabir Baug hostel and during these days he developed interest towards Yoga. Then he started his yoga journey. He got the privilege of taking a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga from Dr Karandikar in Kabir baug Math Sanstha, Pune.

Aacharya Yoganand alias Dr S.V. Karandikar (MBBS) is the senior disciple of Guru Ji - Yogacharya Shri. B.K.S. Iyengar and has practiced with him for more than 12 years. With the blessings of guruji he started applying therapeutic yogic techniques on patients. Thus Acharya ji (Dr Karandikar) refined the system and developed new stretches with various belts and straps. This system is called as 'Sunjeevan Yoga'.

Then He decided to learn deeper aspects of Yoga in other reputed institutes of India like Kaivalyadham (Lonavla), the institute where ancient discipline of yoga became more acceptable to modern mind, trained on scientific and rational guidelines by the efforts of Swami Kuvalayananda.

Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy (Hrishikesh), It is a remarkable achievement of the Founder, His Holiness Sri Swami Sivananda, who from the year 1936, has built up the wonderful mansion of 'Divine Life' brick by brick, on the firm foundations of purity, integrity, nobility and magnanimity.

Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Samsthana (Bangalore), In 1975, Dr. H.R. Nagendra established the internationally famous Vivekananda Kendra Yoga Research Foundation (or V K YOGAS) which has been renamed Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandana Samsthana (sVYASA). Here he has completed PG diploma in yoga therapy and Masters in Yoga & Education. He aims to give freedom to an every individual from his disease. For this he started Align Yoga where you will get the essence of his knowledge.

Due to the emphasis placed on proper alignment, it gives cures for numerous physique pains and improves the physique posture. Most back pains, neck pains are related to bad posture, so many people benefit from Align yoga. Most of us suffer from problems of asymmetry and imbalance. What is Align Yoga?

Align Yoga is a kind of yoga that focuses on the correct alignment of the body. Where we use props to get maximum rewards from every pose by concentrating on the alignment, this is carried out in order to attain improved therapeutic benefits from every session. Alignment is utilized to describe precise positioning of the body for every posture in yoga.
